Barbara Mori

Barbara Mori Ochoa (Maxican-Uruguayan) is a model and actress. She started her career as a model, and then became a popular television actress. She was given birth to on February 2nd December 1978 in Montevideo. She is a mixed race, with both Japanese and Uruguayan roots. There are two of her siblings: one brother and a sister. Her parents were Yuyi Mori and Rosario Ochoa. Barbara's parents separated when she was only 3 years old. Barbara was a part of her early years in Mexico as well as Uruguay before settling in Mexico City. Her modelling career started in an unexpected and interesting manner. Barbara started working as a waitress when she was 14 years old. Marcos Toledo invited Barbara to be a model when he saw her one day. Sergio Mayer was her spouse when she met him at age 19. They've never wed but do share a son. Barbara learnt acting in El Centro De Estudios De Formasion Actoral. Her debut as an actress was the show on TV Al Norte Del Corazon. Later, she was a part of the sitcom Tric Tac. Mirada de Mujer was another appearance. Barbara appeared in the films including Viento en Contra Spanish Beauty Robots Pretendiendo and Inspiracion and many more. Rakesh Rosan cast her alongside Hrithik Rosehan in Kites which was directed by Indian Rakesh Rakesh. Filming took place at New Mexico Los Angeles Las Vegas. Kites could not do so well in the box office when it was released in 2010.
